There are two parts to a Worker's Compensation 

Part A: Pays for the injured worker's injuries until they can return to work. There is no cap in the policy for this part. 

Part B: Employers Liability covers negligence of employer in claims.

Basic Limits for Part B are:

$100,000 Bodily Injury each accidents

$100,000 each employee bodily injury by disease


$500,000 policy limit bodily injury by disease


Maximum Limits are:

$1M/$1M/$1M
